1 Night & 2 Days Jim Corbett Wildlife Experience – Itinerary 

Day 1:

Upon arrival at Jim Corbett National Park, you will be warmly welcomed at your pre-booked resort or hotel.

A refreshing welcome drink awaits you as you complete the check-in formalities at the reception. Once settled into your comfortable room, take some time to relax and explore the resort’s amenities, which may include a swimming pool, indoor games, nature walks, or simply enjoying the serenity of the surroundings, depending on the season.

As the sun begins to set, indulge in a delightful cup of evening tea or coffee, allowing yourself to unwind in the tranquil atmosphere. A delicious dinner will be served at the resort’s restaurant, after which you can retreat to your cozy room for a restful night, preparing for the thrilling adventure that awaits the next morning.

Day 2:

Start your day early with a hot cup of tea or coffee before heading out for an exciting morning Jeep Safari into the heart of Corbett National Park.

As you venture deep into the dense and breathtaking forest, experience the untouched beauty of nature and the serene wilderness. The jungle comes alive with its rich biodiversity, and if luck is on your side, you may witness a majestic herd of Asiatic Elephants, catch a glimpse of the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger, or spot some of the most exotic bird species that thrive in this region.

After this thrilling wildlife experience, return to the resort to enjoy a hearty breakfast.   • Above packages are not applicable during Long Weekends/ Festive Days/ Around New Year etc.
  • Early Check-in and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and property management’s decision.
  • Safari and zone bookings are subject to availability as directed by the Forest Department.

* Terms & Conditions

  1. Check-in & Check-out Policy: Guests can check in at 12:00 noon, while the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  2. Room Upgrades & Category: Base category rooms will be assigned at all hotels/ resorts. Guests who wish to upgrade their room can do so by paying the additional cost directly to the hotel/ resort.
  3. Triple Sharing Accommodation: When three guests are traveling together, a single room with an extra mattress/ bedding will be arranged.
  4. Hotel Substitution: If the listed hotel is unavailable, an alternative hotel/ resort of equivalent category will be provided.
  5. Passenger Information Accuracy: Travelers must enter the correct age details at the time of booking. Any discrepancies may lead to penalties during the trip.
  6. Taxes & Charges Notification: Any fluctuation in government taxes, hotel tariffs, safari fees, or other charges will be conveyed via phone or email prior to departure.
  7. Tour Modifications: We hold the right to adjust safari bookings or itineraries due to operational necessities or unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Loss, Theft & Accidents: We shall not be liable for any accidents, loss of belongings, or theft during the journey.


Cancellation, No-Show & Early Departure Policy

If your travel plans change due to unforeseen circumstances, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive your written request. The following cancellation rules apply:

  • 30 days or more before arrival – 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival – 30% of the total amount will be deducted.
  • 07 to 14 days before arrival – 40% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
  • 02 to 06 days before arrival – 50% of the amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 48 hours before arrival or No-Show – No refund will be processed.


Important Notes:

  • Safari Bookings: Payments made for Jeep Safari & Canter Safari are strictly non-refundable.
  • Government & Other Charges: Any changes in taxes, safari fees, hotel rates, or other charges will be conveyed via email, whatsApp or phone prior to your travel date.
  • Safari Booking Failures: If your safari booking is unsuccessful due to technical errors or seat unavailability, the ‘full safari amount’ will be refunded to your bank account and communicated accordingly.
  • Peak Season Policy: During high-demand periods such as Diwali, Holi, Christmas, and New Year (both weekends & weekdays), hotels and forest lodges may have a separate cancellation policy, which will be advised as required.


Liabilities & Limitations

Once the tour cost is finalized, any increase in permit fees, fuel charges, guide fees, safari/museum charges, or government taxes will be charged additionally.

Unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, weather disruptions, overbooking, entry restrictions, or traffic issues may lead to changes in the itinerary. While we will try our best to provide alternative arrangements, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from such circumstances.

Legal Disputes: Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab.

The park is generally open from October to June. However, individual zones like Jhirna and Dhela remain open year-round, subject to weather conditions.

Peak Season: November to February is ideal for pleasant weather and excellent wildlife sightings, especially for tigers. March to June offers higher chances of spotting animals near water sources however can be quite warm specially during June.
